Drontal Plus is a broad-spectrum anthelmintic, composed of a combination of praziquantel, pyrantel pamoate and febantel (synergistic combination).

Indications
Drontal Plus has an extremely broad spectrum of action. Its application areas include tapeworm and nematode infestations in dogs:
Nematodes: Toxocara canis and Toxascaris leonina.
Hookworms such as: Uncinaria stenocephala and Ancylostoma caninum.
Tricurids such as: Trichuris vulpis.
Cestodes such as: Echinococcus granulosus, E. multilocularis, Dipylidium caninum, Taenia spp., Multiceps multiceps and Mesocestoides spp.
None of the three active ingredients in Drontal Plus induce teratogenic, carcinogenic, or mutagenic effects. Drontal Plus is well tolerated by patients and does not cause vomiting or transient gastritis. It is so safe that no adverse effects or signs of poisoning have been reported at 40 times the dose.
Drontal Plus is the treatment option for puppies, adults, and pregnant and nursing females. The damage these worms cause to their hosts can be very diverse, all causing serious illnesses. They are also transmitted to humans (especially children and the elderly).
