- First and last name, email address, optional telephone number and encrypted password.
- Login source: direct registration, Google or Facebook.
- Profile picture supplied by Google or Facebook when available.
- Registration IP address and approximate country derived from IP or Cloudflare country information.
- Dog purchases, pet requests, shipping requests, delivery information and service communications.
- Wallet balance, transactions, rewards, invitations, commissions and discounts.
- Browser, device, cookie, security-log and request information.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and protect accounts, provide and track requested services, prefill forms, operate wallets and rewards, prevent fraud and duplicate requests, send service communications, provide support and improve the website.
4. Orders, wallet and payments
We keep records necessary to manage purchases, pet and shipping requests, invoices, wallet credits and deductions, referral commissions and loyalty rewards. External payment providers process information under their own privacy policies.
5. Cookies and sessions
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in, protect forms, remember referrals, determine country and maintain preferences. Disabling them may prevent account and checkout features from working.
6. Sharing information
We may share necessary information with providers supporting hosting, authentication, email, payments, fraud prevention and shipping. We may disclose information when legally required or needed to protect users or 50Dogs. We do not sell personal information for money.
7. Retention and security
We keep information as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain transaction records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and satisfy legal obligations. We use password hashing, access controls and secure sessions, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Your choices
You can update your name, telephone number and password through Account Settings. You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to identity verification and records that must be retained for legal, security or transaction purposes.
9. Account and data deletion
Email us from the address registered on your account with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the email associated with your direct, Google or Facebook account. After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible data.

3. Google and Facebook login
If you choose social login, the provider may send us your account identifier, name, email address and profile picture. We use this information to create or connect your 50Dogs account and display your profile. We do not receive your Google or Facebook password.
